Hono Winterstein is the inseparable partner of Bireli Lagrene, with whom he toured the world extensively during the Gypsy Project years. Gypsy Jazz aficionados worldwide consider Hono to be the best rhythm guitarist in the style, having made his mark since the eighties and nineties as the rhythm man for no other than gypsy legends Dorado and Tchavolo Schmitt. 

Brady Winterstein began playing guitar at the age of 11 but started touring with his relative Hono in 2010. He was a guest on the album of Dorado Schmitt Family and the compilation Django Generation at Dreyfus Jazz. Along with a violinist and a guitarist Martin Weiss, his Brady Wintersein trio recorded the album Savoir-Vivre, while his Debut CD avoided Django classics and contained gems such as themes from 70's.

Xavier Nick is a French bassist who graduated from the International Music Academy. He was a member of numerous rock and death metal bands, but also played with many famous gypsy musicians and jazz players such as: Popots Winterstein, Gaston Michel, Timbo Merhstein, Sanso Schmitt, Dorado Schmitt, Marcel Loeffler, Mandino Reinhardt, Amati Schmitt and many others.

Martin Weiss comes from a family of musicians, known to most as a Gypsy or Sinti family. At the age of 17, he was already a shooting-star with the Häns'che Weiss Ensemble that enjoyed international success. Weiss became sponsored by the Goethe Institute as a European Culture Export and started performing around the world. Searching for new musical horizons, Martin left the band of his uncle and started touring with his Sinti Jazz Ensemble at major international festivals and famous concert halls. Over the years, Martin has performed with musicians such as: Oscar Peterson, Barney Kessel, Milt Hinton, Ray Brown, Bireli Lagrene, Babik Reinhardt, Stephane Grappelli, Philip Catherine, Joe Pass, Ravi Shankar, and many other. He was given an Honorary Doctorate award from Mexico City.
