GIAMPAOLO BANDINI - CESARE CHIACCHIARETTA DUO, consisted of guitar and bandoneon, was formed in 2002. with the clear aim to reintroduce the Argentinian music through the charm and magic of its most representative instruments. The duo immediately became an important point of reference in the international concert circuit thanks to its great communicativeness and an extraordinary charisma. They have participated at the most important festivals in more than 40 countries, like Mexico, Argentina, China, USA, Switzerland, Russia, and many others, meeting outstanding critical and audience approval. The duo had the privilege to play Astor Piazzolla’s Double Concerto “Hommage a Liège” conducted by Maestro Leo Brouwer in Parma and for the Unione Musicale of Turin with the renowned Moscow Virtuosi chamber orchestra conducted by Pavel Berman. In 2004 Duo was awarded the 15th “Beniamino Joppolo” Città di Patti (Italy) Prize for the remarkable artistic achievements in the field of music. They worked with the prominent artists such as Fernando Suarez Paz, Danilo Rossi and many others. As teachers, they are invited by the most renowned Academies and Universities.
CERRATO BROTHERS - Francesco was born in Asti (Italy) in 1982, and Stefano in 1987. They began studying violin and cello when they were 4 years old, with Lee Robert Mosca and Antonio Mosca at Suzuki Talent Center in Turin. As children, they were guests on TV shows and theatric performances for Italian broadcasting companies and the American Smith-Hemion Productions. After graduation, they studied with Pavel Vernikov, Enrico Bronzi, David Geringas, and others. They won prizes in numerous international competitions in Italy and worldwide such as “The 5th International Tchaikovsky Competition for young musicians Kurashiki, Japan”, “Paulo Cello competition Helsinki (Finland)”, and others. They have also played over 350 concerts in Europe, Russia, Africa, Brazil, USA and Japan. Due to their interest in chamber music, they have founded the “Trio Caravaggio” with the pianist Paolo Gilardi. Stefano held the international masterclasses at the festival “Estate Musicale” in Portogruaro (Italy) as Enrico Bronzi’s assistant.
