Roman Viazovskiy

Roman Viazovskiy studied at the Sergey Prokofiev Conservatory in Donezk. After graduating in 1996, he began his postgraduate studies with Prof. Reinbert Evers in Münster and Prof. Tadashi Sasaki in Aachen, Germany. Roman Viazovskiy has won prizes in numerous national and international competitions.

Concert commitments have led him to almost every European country, the USA, Japan, China, Thailand and to most of the leading guitar festivals. As a soloist he has played in renowned concert halls. In March 2007 he had his debut at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall of the Moscow Philharmonic. He has taken part in radio and TV productions in the Ukraine, Germany, Spain, USA, Hungary, Italy and Japan.
In addition to his career as a concert-soloist, Roman Viazovskiy is a passionate and highly distinguished teacher. He has taught at various institutions, gave master classes and worked as assistant of Tadashi Sasaki. His experience includes working with students of all levels, ranging from highly talented children to students and professional guitarists.
