Rosenberg has been named as the best "gypsy jazz" ensemble and one of the most impressive jazz groups of today. For three decades, they have performed worldwide, from the North Sea Jazz Festival to New York’s Carnegie Hall.
Especially for this Belgrade concert, "LA FAMILIA" Rosenberg has prepared a special setlist. In addition to their well-known gypsy jazz, swing, and original compositions, the audience will also hear standards from the American Songbook (including songs made famous by Frank Sinatra). Johnny Rosenberg’s vocal contribution adds a new dimension to the musical experience and has played a key role in the global success of this tour.
The "LA FAMILIA" lineup features five members of the legendary Rosenberg family, promising a musical spectacle and a diverse program where virtuosic guitar solos are now complemented by Johnny Rosenberg’s vocals.
The Rosenbergs share a profound passion for guitar music and perform "swinging gypsy jazz" in the style of their hero and inspiration, Django Reinhardt. Stochelo and Mozes are known for their surprising and virtuosic style, creativity, clarity, and precision in guitar playing. Stochelo Rosenberg is regarded as one of the greatest guitarists of all time, and many today say he has even matched his idol, the legendary Django Reinhardt.
- “If you want to learn and understand gypsy jazz, start with Django, the greatest guitarist ever,” said Stochelo Rosenberg.
Audiences at their concerts experience a combination of technical brilliance, a warm acoustic sound, and incredible musical chemistry. Their performances are energetic and full of improvisation. They have toured the world and collaborated with renowned musicians such as Stéphane Grappelli, Luciano Pavarotti, Toots Thielemans, among others. Some of their most famous albums include Seresta, Caravan, and Djangologists.
The members of the Rosenberg ensemble have conquered the world with their passion for making music. Since the late 1970s, they enjoy great respect within the European Roma community. They are also ambassadors of a particular expression of Roma music and human rights. The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Serbia has supported their concert within the Guitar Art Festival.

The Belgrade Guitar Art Festival will be held from May 14 to 18 for the 26th time. During the five festival days, nine concerts of classical, jazz, ethno, and rock music will take place. The festival will once again bring the most significant guitar names to Belgrade, turning the city into the guitar capital, welcoming guests from all around the world.
