Vesna Petković
Vesna Petković graduated at the Music Academy in Zagreb (1983) and received her Masters diploma at the Belgrade Faculty of Music in the class of Vera Ogrizović (2006). She took master classes with: L. Vitosinski, H .Kaepel, L. Zea, M.L. Sao Marcos, D. Marković, R. Andia. Since 1984, she performed solo and with Anna Margarethe Vučak (guitar Duo Novi Sad) with whom established guitar department in Novi Sad.
From 1987 to 2000, she was teaching at the High Music School in Niš. She is the founder of the international guitar festivals in Leskovac (2000) and Niš (2008). Since 2000, she intensively performs recitals and as Duo Crescendo.
She is professor at the Art Faculty at the University in Niš.
She is the director of the Naissus Guitar Festival.
