Fabio Zanon
Fabio Zanon completed his education at the São Paulo University and at the Royal Academy of Music in London. His career had a significant impulse after he won both the GFA Competition in the USA and Tarrega Competition in Spain within weeks of each other in 1996. He received the award for the best concert performance in 2006 in Brazil. In 2008 he was a visiting professor at the Royal Academy of Music in London. In 2009 he released a CD for choir and guitar with Coro Cervantes, and made a live recording with the São Paulo Symphony Orchestra. In 2009 he also published his first book, Villa-Lobos.
